David Mernagh – Managing Director (Experienced Business Transformation Manager)

Over 30 years' experience in planning and implementing organisational change initiatives, and participating in business improvement projects that involve people, process & technology ‘change’.  David’s approach to serving his clients always has a clear focus on being pragmatic, delivering outcomes, mitigating risks and realising sustainable business benefits by applying a 'fit for purpose' approach.  David also has extensive business consulting experience including strategic planning with clients, conducting business healthchecks, and business coaching & mentoring.

Project experience spans across a range of industry sectors, including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Health, Telecommunications, Transport & Third Party Logistics, Mining, Construction, State & Local Government, Not for Profit Organisations, and Professional Service Providers.

Over the years, David has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and internationally (incl. New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Korea), in both the large corporate & SME sectors.

Haydi Ekeberg - Experienced Project Lead & Change Manager

Over 20 years’ experience in implementing strategic change management initiatives into large organisations, and participating in business improvement projects that involve people, process & technology issues.  Experience in organisational change, customer-based process design, requirements definition, IT solution design & delivery, strategic planning, training & facilitation, and project management.

Project experience spans across a range of industry sectors including: Aviation, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Health, Property Valuation, Tourism, Transport, Energy, and Government.

Janene Rodgers – Experienced Employee & Industrial Relations Consultant

Janene is a highly experienced, results driven individual who has worked in a wide and varied range of businesses and industries in both Public Sector Organisations and Private Sector entities. She has led large scale and complex change initiatives and developed training programs for a diverse range of companies.  

Janene has extensive expertise in Industrial Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, Rehabilitation and Injury Management, Complex Case Management and Policy services.

Other areas of expertise include:
  • Planning and implementing complex human resource and organisational change programmes, applying practical Change Management approaches and strategies;
  • Delivering organisational transformation programmes of work with large Government agencies, Construction and Engineering organisations with a particular focus on rationalisation objectives and outcomes;
